’m Riley Johnson, your dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer at Diversified Home Loans. I love what I do for a living and enjoy interacting with the real estate community in Cache Valley, Utah, and Idaho. I have been a loan officer since 2019 and I find few things more rewarding than helping families and individuals obtain homeownership.
If I’m not at the office, you can find me hiking, traveling with my family, or spending time at the gym. Being a Cache Valley native and a Utah State graduate, I’m deeply connected to the beauty of this area.
My family consists of my wife, Berkli, our newborn Carver, and our golden retriever Fitz. After sealing the deal in April 2019, Berkli encouraged me to extend my time at USU which allowed me to change my major from Pre-Med to Business Management. This change has allowed me to change career paths, remain in Cache Valley, and have a better understanding of business operations and the latest real estate strategies.
I believe communication is the most important part of a real estate transaction. My primary goals are clear: close on time, keep you and your real estate agent informed, and follow up on referrals.
